Tenonitis

Purchased in March 2010 30 days to supply turned into 6 months supply with the charge of 269 dollars. Used CITI credit returned after 30 days Month of September I contacted the company and they informed me that I would have to wait until November 23 for my refund. After this date, I contacted the company two more times by telephone. They always promised they were evaluating my account. They also promised that a check would be coming in three to five business days. This is now the 25 of December, and still no check. What can I do?

It is a SCAM

They try to get you to buy the special, "buy 2 get 2 free" for $159. I bought only one bottle for $90 and it never arrived but the credit card was charged a day after order time. The "risk-free trial" is also a scam in that the 30 day trial starts at order time, not arrival time. They claim it takes "around" 2 weeks to ship. After 32 days, no shipment. Customer Service is very difficult to get through and if you do, they refuse to cancel the shipment or refund money unless you return the pills (which I never got). They had no proof of delivery nor a tracking number but said "too bad" anyhow.

This is a SCAM!
