9.99 charge
I took this "free" IQ test and after was charged 9.99 for it, also it says that it will automatically renew. I want my money back and the renewall to stop. I did not authorize this charge.

i got out of the shower noticed i had a text message i wrote stop thinking t hey would stop it and they didnt, i got another text wrote stop again then i got a 9.99 charge, , , , , , , , i have a prepay phone and i had just put time on it arlier in t he day...i want my money refunded espically when they finally sent me a test saying i was unscribed

took all minutes off cell phone didnt get ringtones
i was taking a quiz and i didnt want to enter my cell# because it took all minutes off my cell before and i need my cell phone now i have no minutes so i canceled i think i should get a refund cause no results 4 the quiz i took and no ringtones

billed me for something i didnt sign up for
I was challenged to an IQ test. I answered all the questions. then a space comes up and says enter cell phone # for your IQ score. Instead it sends a $ digit pin # and says enter pin for your score. they sent the pin# to my cell phone.I NEVER ENTERED IT. I knew when that popped up it was a scam so i chose to not enter it or check the "I Agree to Terms" box. They signed me up anyway even after i entered Quit in the space where the pin was to go. my phone said to enter quit and its = to stop. I am upset. I live on Social Security Disability and CANNOT AFFORD THIS CRAP I'M TRYING TO RAISE 4 children. PLEASE HELP IF ANY WAY POSSIBLE THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE!!

I didn't order this service
I did not order the services that were charged to my phone. When I called the merchant number shown on the bill, it was a non-working number! I called customer service for AT&T and was told they are having a huge problem with this but that it would be credited back to my bill within the next 3 billing cycles, but I had to pay for it now. You can best believe I'll keep a close eye on the next 3 bills. How do these people get away with this?! Is there any way to protect yourself from these people?

Unsolicited text messages on my phone I am being charged for!
I was sent an email fraudulently to look like it was from my son in Korea on myspace. It stated that he had purchased me a ring tone and I should click on it to hear it. When I clicked on it, I was hesitant, because no ring tone ever played, and I was put into some sort of menu, so I clicked off of it. Since then, I have received daily messages from the rap industry (I am a 46 year old, I have no interest in rap music) of which I am being charged approximately $10 monthly. I have visited their website and tried to get the unsolicited service canceled, but it has not.

Charges for services not asked for!
This company is preying on young people and services not asked for are popping up on their cell phones and we parents are getting charged $9.99 for unwarranted services. This company is ripping off people left and right and becoming rich over false services. These kids are not asking for this service and us parents are thinking are kids are downloading all of these extras. This company should be ashamed of itself and Alltel should be ashamed that they cannot help us and keep this company from ripping us off.
