The company has a name of Funmobile, MobileFu or CSW. Its name varies, but service is same: robbing money from customers (actually not its customers but customers of T-mobile, AT&T etc). I have seen a lot of complaints out there. The company usually sends out messages to your phone telling you to register its service with pin code and some reminders. Even though you do not type in and register for its service, the company can register for you. Then you get charge for months or years through cell phone bill without knowing it. This kind of criminal business started since 2005. In 2010, they are still robbing money from cell phone users.

Certain telecommunication laws and regualtions should be set up to descipline those phone criminals. This so bad and terrible. The whole tele industry is seriously contaminated.

Besides the headquarter in Boston as shown above, this company has a call center in Australia and another branch at 1500 Fashion Island Blvd, Ste 209, San Mateo, CA 94404. Kenny Yeoh is one of operators in Australia call center. He is a guy from Malaysia. Several Chinese from Malaysia are working in this call center. This is the info so far I have.
