	December 7, 2007 unauthorized use I have a go-phone. After realizing my minutes have decreased, I found out that someone had charged ringtones to my phone without my knowing and/or authorization. I would like to request that this service cease immediately and my phone be credited with the charged amount. I humbly ask that you take the appropiate and immediate action to this matter so I will not have to take this any further. 	December 1, 2007 I do not want this services i do not want this service. I do not want it on my bill. I have no reason for this.
	November 25, 2007 Scam and cheating! Never got free ring tones and started charging me for something that was free!
	November 20, 2007 Ripped off! I just noticed that I have been being charged $9.95 a month without any noticed because a few months ago I was asked if I wanted a free ringtone. I never agreed to pay any money and I didn't even get one ringtone. I would just get a text saying thank you.
