Been charged unknowingly for services that cannot be used anyway since April 2008!
I've been unknowingly charged for Ringtonetime text and ringtone services since April 2008! I have an iwireless phone that does not support those services. And I haven't even received one ringtone, anyway! How do I resolve this matter promptly. And how can I get a refund? The number they've been charging from is: 937-301-0743. Please help me. I'm highly annoyed!!!

This is insane. I get a phone, I look around for a ringtone and poof I have a monthly bill of 9.99 for some lame jokes I never wanted. Now I have to double up on my topup to make sure I dont lose my phone. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!!! Can someone tell me how?

Ring tones not wanted
There are ringtone charges on my sons phone that shouldn't be there. He is a fourteen year old child. I am getting parental control put on his phone tomorrow.
