I have sent them a notice that I intend to report them to my Attorney General (Oregon) and suggest anyone who has been taken by this company do the same in their area.

Companies like this prey on consumers and your ONLY defense is to complain to all of the local agencies. AG, PUC, FCC, Phone Carrier - EVERY ONE. With enough complaints someone will take some action.
