The Ripoff Report is a scam started by Ed Magedon. He wants to trap companies into Abitration which costs $2, 000.00 to remove bad posts. Ripoff Report does not check into the claims. This means that a disgruntled worker or a mean spirited individual can make multiple false claims and still be able to continue to publish.

Ripoff Report claims that they will not remove any documents. When I tried to write a complaint against the Ripoff Report. They didn't publish it. So, it isn't freedom of speech as they state.
If people feel they have been wronged by a company, there are arenas ie court or state/federal agencies.

If they were truly 'fair', then anyone could write complaints against the Ripoff Report - I guess they would later have to pay companies to remove or thousands in their bogus arbitration.

Ripoff Report is deleting text from complaints posted on Bankcard Empire and it's LLC's. In my opinion the editor of Ripoff Report has been paid off or threatened legal action if he did not do so, or he is working with them. DO NOT REPORT COMPLAINTS TO RIPOFF REPORT.
