son bought wheels as he liked them, in oct 09 passed test, fitted on his astravan never been on road when we noticed they started corroding.took back to halfords who then spoke to ripspeed.they said would ring us when they hear something.2weeks later went back to store only to learn warranty was out by about 4 days.we had no receipt but they found the purchase on there computer.told us we couldn;t have a refund but ring customer services.we did.told because it was logged on there computer we could get refund.went back to store, again told we could only have credit note.thats no good to me now as i have just spent over 300 pound in store over christmas.staff was rude and impolite especially female duty manager.i am now going to take all my son and daughters xmas presents back to store get my money back get all gifts on credit note and i swear never to shop in that store again.i can also say i spend offensive amounts of money in store on tools parts aswell as gifts etc but not anymore not to be spoken too like my wife and i were. we shall not leave it there either as we will contact citizen advice.trading standards and also take the matter to a financial ombudsman. mr taylor doncaster 01709 866658
