Received a call from a "David Nealson" with a company by the name of "Rising Star Multimedia" out of WA.
FORTUNE
They tried to push their services to rebuilt my website which FLS Builder scammed me of already. They are charging and upfront fee of $2, 000 + to rebuild the site and also recovery all the money within just 30 days that i was scammed by Fortune Learning Systems. THERE IS NO WAY POSSIBLE TO HAVE A DISPUTE OPENED & CLOSED WITHIN 30 DAYS called my credit card company!

THEY STATE THEY CAN USE THE SAME DOMAIN NAME WHICH WAS REGISTERED PREVIOUSLY SETUP BY FLS AND STILL IN CONTROL OF BY FLS. (Red flag considering that would mean they have access to the fls server to release the hosting server address)

He also mentioned E-Commerce (red flag) as there co-company used for the builder engine.
