i am a single mom of 3 beautiful girls. ages 14, 9, and 4. the dads have been in contact around tax time. right now mt kids were taken because of homelessness, and breast cancer. the father of my 4 yr old offered me help with her while i was doing my more intense treatments. i excepted it, two weeks later, cps is telling me i abandoned her, nd its a neglect charge against me. i didnt see her for four months. they told the dad to put a restraining order on me, he did. i finally got to see my 4 yr old for 1 hour. i smoke marijauna for headaches, and chronic pains, never around my children., the father claims i do meth, even though i have given multiple clean drug tests, but they are still working against me, the father gets out of drug tests. the only reason he keeps her is to aviod paying child support. cps walked into a family and destroyed it, and walked away. instead of helping a single mom, get on her feet, they they knock her down and hold her there. now they wish to place a 9 yr old with an abusive father, in new york, and 1 14 yr old with an alcoholic in az, in which she never see's, but this is better. and my poor four yr old is forced to live with her alcoholic father who is only there to keep himself from child support. tell me where is the justice here. 90 percent of cps doesnt know what a real parent is, one who will put there life down, who has been there four every pain or hurt that the other parent has caused, WE ARE THE TRUE PARENTS WHO GET LITTLE OR NO POSITIVE WORDS OR ACTION FROM ANYONE..we have been there from birth, and on, we manage to make it happen, when they need clothes, food, ANYTHING. IT IS US MOMS WHO MAKE IT HAPPEN..RARELY THE DADS. so maybe these cps agents need everything taken from them and given no help...from anybody. maybe then will they get there heads out of there ass, and help us struggling moms. for the men who are in my spot, congrats to you for stepping up to the plate. good luck everyone, ill update when i get my kids back, and yes i will get my kids back.
