The debit order should have gone off 2 days already. Yesterday I got a reply that there was issue and it is being resolved asap. This morning, it still didn't go off !

I moved a lump sum from my FNB money market account to that i can get more interest via the RMB one, but the silly part is, i don't get interest on my cheque account, and saying that, i am loosing out. For the last 3 days of issues, I lost about R200.

I heard RMB is the best private bank in SA ... after seeing this, i have doubts.

When will this 'Rightfax system' issues be sorted out ?

This is really unexceptable, and being a financial institution, wow, speechless.
