Scam me by telling me lies
I was called in January by RMI about my timeshare in Florida. Gary Sampsom informed me that this wasnot a scam assure me that he had a buyer who was interested in my westgate Resort Timeshare. the buyer was paying $21, 000 for it and was approved. He informed me that I was to pay $850 for the title search and paperwork. He also informed me that he would follow this through 100% and at anytime i could contact him.Gary talked to me the end of January and told everything was on schedule and the buyer from canada had put 20% down which would be mine. From when i started this contract with RMI I was informed that I would receive my full amount within 90 days, this would be by mid April. I did contact RMI company on March 21. Kristinia who was taking over my paperwork informed me that the closing would be on March 29, 2011. I called again on March28 because I didnot have any paperwork and spoke to a manager by the name of Roger Fidelity. He informed me that I should received it and would get to the bottom of this.I was called back by RMI customer service they said that this should of not been relay to me. In April I spoke to a manager named Alex Guzman who also informed me that my timeshare was sold and should be receiving the paperwork. Still no paperwork, I was then informed from customer service that the buyerhad problems, I then asked for my 20%, they have failed to send me that and now they also have another phone # 702-872-1600 disconnected so I am unable to speak to Mr. Guzman or Mr Sampson about this. Customer service said that you will be contacted by a buyer when someone else is interested. I just want my 20% that was promise to me then by Mr. Sampson, amount is $4200. or the proerty sold at the $21000. I also would like a call back from Mr. Guzman and Mr. Sampson.
