RMS has been harassing my business everyday for the past 2 months. Sprint is using RMS for collections. They're actually calling for one of my employees who has told them not to call him at work. He's not even sure about the amount he owes or if he really owes them any money as he thought he is done with Sprint.
They call more than twice a day and at the worst times right when we're helping customers during lunch. So I talked to them myself and told them that according to the FTC if we ask them to not call at work they need to stop. I've told them that I'm the owner of the business and they need to stop calling us and the lady told me "that's not how it works honey". And she continued on to say that our employee needs to pay up. I asked for a manager and she said she can't transfer me to a manager and then hung up on me.
I submitted my complaint through the FTC website https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
but it just collects the info and may use it later. It doesn't say that it will tell them to stop immediately. I don't know what to do. I'm thinking of calling RMS directly and complaining but I'm worried that they'll harass us even more.
Someone needs to stop them from these criminal activities!
