I found the deduction from this company on my bank statement. I have never had any dealings with this company and never heard of them

I downloaded a software programme for $12.99 US in March 2008 and charged it to my Amex credit card. I have been charged this amount plus a currency conversion charge ever since. I wish to stop this IMMEDIATELY> I did not authorise this nor was it made clear that this was an ongoing charge and I don't even have or use the software anymore. I wish to have all my money back . I did not realise for awhile as I buy other small items over the net from time to time and I pay my Amex as direct debit. I tried to stop this last year but the method involved getting up at 4 am and ringing the US so I did not get around to doing it. I rang Amex again today and they informed me of this site.
