I subscribed to 3 magazine subscriptions on 31st October at the Kamers Vol Geskenke event.
I have tried to contact RNA by phone on numerous occasions, but only get the same voice recording telling me my call is important to them. If so important answer the bloody phone! I have just held on line for 15 minutes!!!

I was told when purchasing the subscriptions that the first edition of the 12 month subscription will arrive mid December. 06/12/10 I received one mail from them asking me to confirm correct details for the Living and Loving subscription, and informing me the first issue will be due Feb 2011.
I replied queering the status of the other 2 subscriptions and to date (17/12/10) I have not heard anything from you.

As per their e-mail regarding Living and Loving, the first edition will arrive in February. This is TWO months later than what told initially. When logging into the Living & Loving account set up on your website, it says the magazine will be delivered from Feb - Dec 2011.
That is 10 months and not 12 months (ONE YEAR) as the subscription were sold as.

I am a little suspicious whether this is not some kind of scam.
The subscriptions were gifts and it leaves me really embarrassed!
