I purchased a pair of running shoes in person and was told i could take them home and try them out at home. If I was not satisfied I could bring them back at no extra charge.
The shoes hurt my feet - I contacted the salesman and he told me I could mail them back no problem.
I mailed them back and they CHARGED me $20 for the SHOEBOX because they said it was not in pristine condition. Alex (the salesman) never mentioned anything to me on the phone about the way in which to mail the shoes back or that the box had to be in perfect condition. I am not responsible for what the Postal Service does to the mail and yet they made me responsible.
When I called to complain I was brushed off and rudely dismissed. SHAME on YOU ALEX! and worse than that SHAME on YOU RnJ Sports!
