We are facing problems with our Whirlpool purafresh R.O. Water Purifier purchased on 17.10.2008
Since June onwards we have complained thrice and the service engineer has repaired the same 3-4 times till date. The reasons given by the engineer were cartridge to be replaced, vacuum created etc. Inspite of the repeated repairs the problem with the purifier still exists. The water does not get filled in the purifier at all hence we would like you to replace the R.O purifier immediately.
We just can't keep on following up repeatedly with the complaints again and agin and the problem still being unsolved.
Hope some responsible / accountable person would look into the matter and handle it ASAP.
