When we are visiting Japan (the home country of Toyota) at the end of April'2010, I could not believe that as a Toyota owner, who have purchased the 7-year extended warranty, I could not expect Toyota Road Side Assistance to assist use in providing us with the Map of Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Mount Fuji and their travel information.
