SCAM!!!
These pricks get hard off by scamming us because we see "Free Trial" and feel as if there is no strings attached. Don't be fooled so easily, these people ripped me off so hard.

I ordered this about 2 months ago and I happy to see that it arrived very fast, yet i wasn't happy to see that after i payed my rent later that month that i had $4.01 left in my checking account, they took out $55.82 and i immediately got on the phone to cancel and get a refund, nobody answered the phone at 11:30am or 3:15pm. WHO THE HELL RUNS THIS THING?!, I went online to email them that i wanted to cancel and tried to call but nobody answered. I thought that nightmare was over, but i was wrong. I recieved the package the next day with a different name(so i would be curious and open it) only to find out that inside there was a letter than claimed i couldn't return the first shipment and they wouldn't accept opened packaged returns. The next day I recieved an email saying that i had sent my cancel request to the wrong email and would have to send it to this other one(whats the difference? someone got the email and my point that i wanted to cancel) so I email cancel and was immediately send to their page offering me a 1 time offer for a cheap $45.00 6 month supply. I wanted nothing more to do with the company.

2 weeks later I was billed a second time, instead of calling i went straight to my bank and filled out a "flag Transaction form" and i was instructed that the next time they attempted to take out money i would be billed a one time bill of $15.00. I left the bank feeling relieved and alot of my anger was gone knowing that i would never have to deal with them again.

Wrong AGAIN, yesterday I was billed again!, they changed their name to get past my block! first it was RTNATURALS and now it ROARINGTIGER. Only scamming bastards would pull a fast one like that, a respectable company would call and ask me why i no longer was interested in doing business.

So As Im writing this, Im in the process with my bank to investigate this band of cyber thieves, I hope anyone who googles roaring tiger see this place first, i wish i did

Deceptive Sales Practices
Company offers a free trial for a week. It was a product that I wasn't too excited about from the beginning, but figured it was worth trying for a free trial. I used it once, and not good or bad, just nothing. Threw the rest in the trash, and moved on with my day. A week later, I was billed for enrolling in a program. I immediately canceled, but was not granted a refund. Then received the following message below. The key part being "The Terms that you agreed to were very clear". They are not very clear, in fact it is in very small writing under the conditions. Wouldn't a legitimate company place this in clear writing at the top of the page, rather than in small hidden verbage? If there product is so good, why do they need to deceive people out of one month? Why wouldn't they just sell one month's supply?

The terms that you accepted when agreeing to receive our Free Trial offer stipulate that you are automatically enrolled in our Preferred Customer program.
The Terms that you agreed to were very clear. Here is the link again, if you wish to re-read:
http://www.roaringtiger.com/terms/patch

Since you elected to receive the free trial for the Loading Phase, you are obligated to purchase a one month supply at the discounted price. I apologize for the inconvenience; however due to these Terms and Conditions your order is non refundable.

Please keep in mind that the first month's shipment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Optimum results from this are achieved by allowing it to level out in the bloodstream over the course of 90 days. There are no negative side effects so there is no harm in continuing to take it in an ongoing manner. Your account has been cancelled; however your order is non refundable.

Let us know if you have any other questions or comments.

Thank you,

Jessica

did not order a second time and was billed
Tried the product once and did not authorize a second transaction, which they did . Viewed my credit card statement online and saw the transaction. No email was received notifying me of the transaction.

Fraudulence
They offer a free trial of their products. But in their link, they mentioned somewhere confined that the person who will get the free offer, he will be considered as a prefered customer and they will charge non-refundable $51.90. This kind of fraud company should be punished for their fraudulent online activity.

Scam and cheating
First of all i feel used. It does not state clearly when signing up for the free trial that you gotta pay 55 bucks for 2 bottles '1 month supply'. Secondly they sell a 1 month supply as 1 bottle on there web site. That alone spells scam. Secondly i was unfortunate enough to not read the fine print before opening so I am up the creek.

So where I am standing rather then being a normal company where the customer is always right when i told them not to try an force this unauthorized charge to my cc they keep pursuing it. my card has been maxed out for some time now but they keep sending me e-mails how they will keep trying. At which Ive responded ill dispute payment an refuse shipment.

As with most scammers I am pretty sure there gonna send me this garbage anyhow an try an charge me. Its a blatant case of false advertisement it should be buy 2 month supply an receive a week free. Not try it free. These guys should burn at the stake.
