The whole robbery is done by well orgnised crime syndicates at the old side street with yellow small dragons marble arch of the Haikou old quarters off Zhongjie Lu, Haikou old city, Hainan Island.

2) Catch the girls.They are standing there is board daylight.
3) Catch the phantom thieves by interrogating the girls.
4) Catch the snake head.everybody in that street knows him.
5) Ask your undercover police.All red lighted distructs in all parts of the world have plenty of undercover police.
6) Ask the Mayor of Haikou...
7) Ask the district police chief..
8) Ask massage mamasans...the snake head drinks with her everyday for many years..
