Among some of the lies he tells are that he was a General. He was Blamed for the bay of pigs, he was an embassador to Isreal. He gave up a contract with the yankess, He fought in bars with John Wayne. He is a world class swimmer. He fought in the Iraq war. He was at the atomic blast site right after it happened. He received a direct Presidential Nomination by John F. Kennedy to the United States Military Academy.

After hearing testimony and receiving evidence, the Municipal Court found that Plaintiff had "cruelly treated certain of [his] animals and ... should be divested of certain said animal(s)." The Municipal Court ordered that five horses and a Brahma bull be given to the Equine Rescue Facility in Taft, Texas, in accordance with Section 821.023(d)(2) of the Texas Health and Safety Codes. (Dismissal Order, p. 2). The Municipal Court ordered that the remainder of the seized animals (a heifer calf, some turkeys and a goat) be returned to Plaintiff. (Dismissal Order, p. 2).
