Enclosed is a copy of a slanderous, posting Tressa Rossi place on the internet about us (naming us by name) on 08/04/2008. The owners of Fox Management, Inc. are listing slanderous postings and putting out personal information on anyone they believe has posted a negative review about them with any internet consumer community like yours. We have enclosed just a short sample of what they are doing to us.

They are obtaining this information from rental records they have on past tenants, landlords or tenants who have been declined. We are in the early stages of discovery at what damage has been done to our social security numbers and driver’s license numbers and their public postings. If you review your files you may see that we had to file a complaint against them in August of 2007.
