Robert Mintz is incompetent and fraud
Unfortunately one of my family members hired this fraud. Robert MIntz lied, misrepresented, made false promises and trapped my family member for the initial retainer. After Robert Mintz stole almost $150,000 from my family, he then dropped the case for lack of payment. Robert Mintz should be in prison for lying and scamming desperate people looking for help. NO ONE SHOULD EVER EVEN TALK TO THIS SCAMMER OR RETAIN HIM FOR ANY SERVICES..... you will definately loose and end up with lots of headaches. He is All talk and no substance. Robert Mintz is the perfect bad example of greedy ambulance chasing lawyer. CLEARLY AMERICAS WORST LAWYER.

Robert J. Mintz Attorney
* * *TOTAL INCOMPETENCE* * *
About three weeks ago, I contacted the office of Attorney Robert Mintz for an appointment to create a trust for myself and two other family members, and other asset protection entities. His secretary sent a form to provide background info and I returned it. I didn't hear from his office for days. I called and asked the secretary if they received the fax, she replied "yes". I then asked, what date is available for come into the office, and she replied "he makes his own appointments." A week later, Attorney Robert Mintz calls me, and I gave him the gist of my concerns related to asset protection and asked for an in office appointment for other members of my family.
First, the advice Attorney Robert Mintz provided was totally erroneous based on my concerns. He indicated, "Well if you don't do risky business why would you get sued and get a judgment?" This is a laughable theme to base asset protection on. Having dealt with competent attorneys, one must assume the worst. In particular, if you wait until you are sued, then transfer assets to protect them, that's called fraudulent conveyance. If I followed the advice of Attorney Robert Mintz, it would have been the pinnacle of incompetent advice if I was sued.
Second, Attorney Robert Mintz indicated he could not meet at his office since "Gosh it's an hour and a half drive". I asked Attorney Robert Mintz if we could meet after the next in office appointment he had and that huddling 3-4 family members around a speaker phone is impractical. Thus, it appears to Attorney Robert Mintz simply meeting him would be an honor. (Perhaps he should be Knighted--Sir Robert Mintz has a catchy ring to it.) Last, I asked Attorney Robert Mintz, why he would put an office 90 minutes away where he has no access to clients? He felt offended, but the feeling was mutual as I wasted over 2 weeks waiting to meet with an attorney who appears to simply wants to be a televangelist, who you never meet, never know 'who' you are actually speaking to, and who gets money in the mail.
In my opinion, Attorney Robert Mintz appears to be both incompetent and unwilling to meet with clients. If you EVER want to hire an attorney, meet that attorney in person, at his or her office. It tells a lot about that person and how that person practices law.
Of course, if you want to know a little more about Attorney Robert Mintz, simply go pull his court file.
