Robert Allen's incredible spam marketing is timed to take advantage of people losing their jobs and stealing their money. I've spent a few hours tracking this campaign and they are all over the place with no contact points that actually generate a response. They can take your money online but try and reach them and it is impossible.

I don't know enough yet to track back to the holding or parent company for this organization. Register.com is looking into this but they may not be able to stop him due to how many destination Domains he is using.
