Do not buy this product!!! I was already scammed by them!!! I had one of their sales reps come into my home and sell me on the concept of wet dust doesn't fly and having a big bucket of mud in their unit, I was sold. I was hesitant because I had never heard of the company nor the product, not even six months later my fears proved me right. I was assured that I was making a great decision and that the product had a fifteen year warranty. The wew site I reviewed is no longer there nor is the office I purchased from! I contacted the manufacturer in Germany only to find my warranty was only good at the office I purchased. Six months ago there were 10 offices in the US today there is only 1 and a new one starting in Arkansas. I researched the man opening the new store Scott Morris and found that three years ago he was selling Hyla vacuums? and that he shut down his office amongst complaints of bad checks to his sales reps and obviously no warranty work to those that purchased that product from his store. His latest scam was selling Pro-Aqua vacuums? doing the same thing he did at Hyla. I have found the Roboclean online at Affordable Home Electronics for half of the sales offices asking price. As for wet dust doesn't fly why does this product have a hepa filter in it? One I didn't know about untill my motor broke down. The unit has a fifteen foot cord and has to be plugged in and outlet changed just to do my living room vacuuming. It is impossible to empty and clean and becuse of the paper filter in it starts to stink bad!!! One last note my vacuum head was the first part to go out. So $2500 dollars later I have a broken down plastic no warranty vacuum you can buy from me for $50 dollars. Stay away from this company their product and Scott Morris.
