I do not require kindness and compassion from companies when I job-hunt. What I do require being treated with a certain level of respect, considering that MY contract work puts money in your company's pocket. Instead, I spoke to a very rude dismissive man, who could or would not answer my questions, then spoke straight over me and put the phone down in my ear. I am not actively looking for work, but it would be nice to deal with a company who treats their call-in customers the same as their face to face customers.
I WAS their customer, but would not recommend them to anyone job hunting!
