Simply awful
I ordered two kitchens.The company phoned and told me they would be delivery and.iI arranged a delivery date. they said they would accept bankers draft and cash. Fortunately I only gave £120.00 deposit. The day came for delivery and I phoned the company and they said that they had a fire and they would get back to me. They never did and when I phoned them they said they would phone me baIck with an answer they never did and the manager refuses to speak to me at all . I firmly believe that they had no intentiion of ever delivering my kitchens.I very conveniently a fire that destroyed 75% of their stock. I personallyt believe that the warehouse was empty. That they never had the stock in the first place. This is clearly fraud. If you check their web site you will see that there are numerous erous complaints about this company.

Totally unprofessional
This company shold not be allowed to continuously rip people off, they are providing incomplete kitchens, they do not take calls and when you email, fax or send a registered letter they do not respond at. I am left with half a kitchen, 6 missing wall unit doors, no plinths, two missing base units and doors no drawer fronts, no drawers at all, i can't get through to them, i think everyone who is dissatidfied with the treatment we have received from Rock Solid Kitchens should bring them to court, contact trading standards/watchdog, take pictures!!

This company have no respect for consumers whatsoever and totally unprofessional.

Rip off
Having a sales rep from Rock Solid Kitchens call at my home, was a big mistake. First they gave us a very good price for my kitchen which included granite work tops, myself and my partner were very interested but said we would think about it and let them know the next day. Then came the preasure.! The price we had been quoted was so cheap because if we could give a £200 deposit on this day it saves on the cost of returning so this good price was only valid for this day only. I said we not got any money at the moment, but more preasure, so i offered a cheque but this company doesn't except cheques? so foolishly we withdrew £200 from our visa card and payed them our deposit in cash. After getting our money the rep got us to sign a form and then left. Reading the terms on the back of the contract alarmed us straight away "Guaranteed to have parts missing or damaged". So we looked on the internet for this company and were met with complaint after complaint. The next day we sent a letter recorded delivery cancelling our order using the 7 day cooling off period and asking for our money back but like everyone else no reply. Maybe we lucky to have ONLY lost £200!!

Terrible service
This company has put the phone down on me several times as they are unable to answere my questions and stating its not their problem that the kitchen is incomplete. First of all they sent the wrong units for the kitchen in january after i took a day off work for the delivery. This was in the begining of January

After two weeks another lot was sent and then paid for, only to find out when the boxes were opened by my own fitters broken bits were inside.

I called up straight away on the customer service number given on the website only to be told they are not customer services. I explaind my problem and they said i would have to send an e-mail. I asked to speak to a manager but apparently she was out (miss Kelly Jones). I spent money on fitters who were unable to start on the kitchen as units were broken. i sent the e-mail thinking that i would get a response within a few days but nothing. After a week i called up the same number as before and they said it can take up to 21 days to reply. So three weeks later i recieve a call saying that the bits would be delivered and that the was a balance of 70 pounds was outstanding. I recived the rest of the kitchen only to realise the units i recieved were broken and chipped.

I again tried to call them but they said it has to be done through e-mail.

Once again i send an e-mail and this time no reply no phone call. I called up the number as before and didn't even state my name or order number. I explaind my situation and they again tried to fob me off with the e-mail. i replied that its been over 21 days and i have had no reply. They then saind not thier problem and put the phone down on me.

I again called and soon as they realised who they were talking to put the phone down.

I then got my parter to call up on the same number and told her to ask for kelly jones. The woman on the end of the line said that my partner had got through to customer service and Kelly jones isn't in that section. My partner replied "ok so if i'm through to customer service u can answer my questions about the kitchen" RSK said"ok". once that RSK realised they couldn't answer, my partner was told she was in the call centre not customer service. When my partner said why did they say they were customer service the phone got put down again.

Ive paid money for a kitchen and almost 4 months later nothing.

Since i have had the kitchen i have contacted the company by phone at least 20 times and refer me to customer services that i think do not exist. I have also sent over 100 emails and at least a dozen faxes. I have now sent a recorded letter to them and also involving trading standards. The opinion i get about this company is that they will shortfall you so as to get your money, then once you have parted with it, no matter how many attempts you make to contact their supposed customer services, they have as a company no further interest in making and further dealings with you. Unless of course you wish to make further purchases. Before dealing with this company, make a 180 degree turn and walk the other way. The more people that you pass this information onto the less dealings they will receive.

Terrible Service
Stay Away From Rock Solids Kitchens!<br />

I recently ordered a kitchen from Rock Solid Kitchens and they delivered the wrong base units and damaged peices! The peices were difficult to assemble, even the fitters said that the kitchen units will not last long. I called the customer service several times and they never answer. I told the deliveryman that it was very hard to reach Rock Solid Kitchens so he told me to call this number: 080040200 which is not even their company's number!

Really rubbish kitchen
I currently trying to fit a kitchen from these rip off artists.I'm a carpenter of 20 years and have fitted kitchens from many different manufactures form basic council jobs to high end £40k+.
The kitchen which was sent out to my client cost £2500 which is cheap for what they thought they were getting but... its the poorest manufactured kitchen I have even seen and fitted, missing bits, the cheapest units I've ever seen, plumbing the sink is nightmare with substandard fittings which I can't match up, the plan drawing looks like it was done by a 5 year old, it just goes on and on.
I'm 4 days into the fit now and I'm 3 days behind where I would like to be with it.
I only found out the name of these fleecers by putting the phone number into google (08712717200) and came across this site.
The client paid cash on delivery thinking they were getting a good deal ... well they've been well and truly riped off in my opinion.
If the client wasn't a friend of a Friend they I would cut my losses and walk way from it as I can't see a light at the end of the tunnel
There going be left with a really poor kitchen that will last about a year.
PLEASE FOR YOU OWN SAKE DO NOT TOUCH ROCK SOLID KITCHENS.

Scumbags
This company is nothing but trouble. anyone considering buying from them should stay well clear of them. I had a sales man call to my house he designed a lovely kitchen and was very happy with the price. i hadned over my €500.00 deposit. Suprise suprise four months later still no kitchen, i have an amount of unanswered calls and emails. I have threanted with the uk Watchdog, local papers and still nothing. This company is nothing but scum they take deposits and vanish. When you do eventually get ahold of someone they pass you from one person to another all making more lies. i would advise people to stay well clear of them.

Stay away from these!!
Do NOT give these people any money.!
After having a representative call at my house, we were shocked at what a bargain price he gave us for our new kitchen, We were very interested and said we would take the night to think about the offer and get back to him the next day. Then he knocked the price down again stating that if we could give him £200 deposit today he could do it even cheaper as he would not have to come back again, we told him that we didn't have any money at the time and he could take a cheque but he wouldn't accept that. He then talked us in to going to the bank and taking £200 out from my credit card. ( very stupidly i did ). Once he had our £200 he left. Once he had gone we were looking on the contract and noticed that it states its guaranteed that items from your order will be damaged or missing ( sales man never told us that! ) We then looked on the Internet for this company and were shocked to see how many bad complaints there is for this company so we decided to cancel. Since i wrote to them cancelling my order and asking for a full £200 refund No contact has been made. Maybe i am one of the lucky ones after reading some of the complaints as i got out in time and i only lost £200. Still trying to contact this company for my money back ( with help from trading standards ) but not much joy. If you are thinking of having a new kitchen stay well away from ROCK SOLID. If a deal seems to good to be true then it usually is!!
