to anyone who reads this do not hand over any money this company is a take on, you canot get customer services, when you can speak to someone they tell you its a call center, they then give you all the cheek of the day, they then give you another number to phone but no one answers, so if you see the advert in the paper dont hand any money over or you will be saying good to it, tell them you will pay cash on delivery, yours rayc.PS, i hope you dont loose money like we did.

ROCK SOLID KITCHENS - Avoid at all costs. Spent £1000 on equipment and had delivered second hand items. ALL units chipped and damaged, all work surfaces damaged, missing items. I had to start over again. No response to complaints in any way!

Oh my god i just wish i had never come across this company!!! Just as jean and reba have explained i also am living with the kitchen from hell!!! I have tried to call but had the phone put down on me after being on hold. Then was given the wrong email address, so i went on line to get the correct address and came upon this sight oh how i wish i had of seen this 8 weeks ago before i parted with my money! By the way we were bullied by the fitter who refused to leave at 9.30pm Saturday night of the bank holiday weekend just gone without payment. I didn't want to pay as i was so unhappy with the kitchen but it wasn't until the next day as we were cleaning the mess they had left that all the problems came to light!!! I now just want to rip out the kitchen and go to good old b+q!!!
