Refund
This company is a scam. They charge an outrages price and send your HIPPA (E-mail Address) to other companies. If you don't want your phone ringing off the hook and don't want to have to wait 30 days to get a refund, that they never should have charged in the first place, than, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

unauthorized charges
After making it crystal clear that I was not interested at this point to be signed up for their monthly membership which ...which charges your credit card...I look at my statement and they had gone ahead and charged me...not only that I had to take time to leave work, go talk to the bank and talk with the people at Rocket Lawyer, whom were very defensive I might add and I still almost 6 days later have yet to see the credit returned to me... Its hard enough to run a business then to have to deal with kind of situation...a subpar company without a moral compass

No way of cancelling
They offer you one week free trial. Then when you call to cancel they make it impossible to do so. When you select the option you think you need, it's wrong. Then they transfer you and it's the wrong option again. Their phones are apparently faulty, You finally give up. Try canceling online. there is no option to do that. You go over your 1 week free trial, you get charged $39.95 for one month subscription. What a scam. Watch out people. Try another company.

If you are looking for help with unauthorized charges, scams, etc. Don't waste time checking with this site Rocket Lawyers, the ad yes advertisement says ABSOLUTELY FREE FIRST WEEK. Oh? Then why do I have to pay $20.00?<br />
