Rockingham Asset Management, LLC stopped making employee State, Federal and Social Security contributions for employees in May of 2008 without their knowledge. The Company then stopped paying it's employees in Sept. 2008 promising to catch up on wages when it received more funds. The funds came in, but the owners kept the money for themselves. Some employees are owed over $50k.
