After getting into my car today, I noticed my check engine light was on. I proceeded to go
back home to contact Rock Solid Service Center, only to be told my warranty had expired,
when my contract "clearly" states... this limited warranty begins on the vehicle sales date
5/10/2010 and ends when either the following time or mileage limitation first occurs:
12 months or 12, 000 miles. To date, four months from the date of contract I have put 2, 790
miles on my car. I called Rock Solid and spoke with LD (Larry), one of the many individuals
involved in the purchase of myvehicle and was told that now because of the price of my
vehicle- $4, 995.00 I did not have a warranty. As I have lived up to my obligations by making payments on time every two weeks, in turn expect Rock Solid to fulfill their obligation as listed on my contract.
