I need to make everyone aware of the way these people are lying to their customers. I have attached the email I will refer to and want to make a point that if I was told up front that the "internet price" did not include the dealer add ons I would not be makeing a fuss and would have bought the car none the wiser! The only thing changed in this email is my name.
Ok, so I asked for a quote on this particular vehicle I found on their website. I get an email back from this Randy person and I replied ready to buy. I wait 24 hrs and do not hear from him so I call the dealership. I ask to speak to someone who wants to sale a car or who has not sold a car in a while. I speak with Greg and explain the email and that I have not heard back and ask if this prive for the vehicle with the vin# listed is as low as he could go. He expalined he would call ne back in about five minutes because he needed to ask his manager. He called back and said this was a strong deal and that the price whcih he quoted to me on the email was what the vehicle would go for and asked if I could come in that day. I asked if I could call him back and let him know he said that was fine. About twenty minutes later I called and left a message saying I would be in on sat but to please call me back. He did and I told him I did not want to play any games and was assured once again that the price was the price for that vehice with that matching vin number. The next day I called and told him I was headed there and again confirmed that price was the price for the vehicle with that vin.

So, I drive two hours on Mother's Day weekend with my kids at my sister's home only to fine out that was not the price of the vehicle that the dealer add ons were not include in the deal! I was livid if you look at the email it appers that the addons were included in the price and I confirmed three times this was the price (not including tt&l of course) and the price that they tried to give me was about 2000 dollars more than their "internet price"!
Needless to say they are a buch of low down scumbags, who give any car dealer a bad reputation! I did end up buying that exact same car at North Central Ford from Sean Sachse who was awesome! Thank you Sean for the great experience and getting me into the car I wanted with the right features without lying to me!

I am prepared to buy this vehicle, however I do not want to waste my time or yours. I know I like the Escapes and have driven plenty! Can you go any lower on this guranteeed price of $26995.65 on this vehicle? I need to do neogations on the vehicle either by phone or by email. That way when I come to the dealership the price you and I have negatiated is done and we can just sign and drive.
