They continue to ship unordered books
Rodale keeps sending me books that I have not ordered. I have received duplicates of many of their books and they are agressively mailing me bills for these books. I have written three times to them requesting them to stop mailing me anything but I still get books. What agency handles such unethical fraudulent business practices? Has anyone ever successfully stopped Rodale or received a credit from them?

PAYMENT DEMAND FOR UNORDERED BOOKS
I've received multiple demands for payment of a book I did not order. I have e-mailed my protest, declared that I did not order the book, and yet still receive the repeated demands for payment. What recourse do I have in this situation?

unsolicited books
Look, if you want them to pay for return shipping, all you have to do is call the number on your bill, enter your account number (on the bill) when prompted, then select the return option and then the automated system will mail you a return envelope. Mine better come with postage paid. And if they try to charge me a late fee...

BOOKS NOT ORDERED
Received: Threat to My Credit Letter for books that I never ordered, something alomst like this happened with my last subscription to Mens Health, I spoke to a sales rep about weather or not their was a 2010 calender included with a renewed subscription; I was told no, so I did not renew my subscription.
Sometime later I received a new copy of mens health, I thought it was a gift copy so I did not think any more about it.
A month or more later I get a "reminder letter that my account to past due, I paid the fee for 2010, but this will not happen again, nor will I be intimidated into sending these people $43.29 for some books that I never ordered, or read for that matter.
I have enjoyed Mens Health, but I will not be renewing for 2011, and I definitly will not call to ask any questions.

Never ordered book
Just received book in the mail that I did not order. Invoice for $39.94 to pay by 3/18/10. Called customer service and said did not order. Was told that I checked off postcard to examine book which I never did as I know that that would be a tactic to get you to pay for the book even if you didn't want it.
Customer Service told me to go to rodalereturn.com and print out label to return.
So I am, hopefully, fine on the fact that I don't owe them money but this is taking time on my part to send the book back and, as money is so tight for me right now, it is emotionally upsetting.

I Let Them Know In That 30 Day's? They Don't Stopped It At All. And They Are Billing Me The $ 51.40. All I Wanted Them In The Being Of the 30 Days? Is To Stop It. I Left Them Know In The 30? I'm Not Going To Pay For The Mazgines That I Don't Want.

Click "NO" to refuse offer
I love PayPal and look forward to venders who offer the service. I will STOP using PayPal and/or Art.com if the hidden, fraudulent offers continue. Today a "free" magazine offer appeared at the end of my order. I had to click a box to refuse this offer. This is probably the Rodale Company and I have dealt with them before. Since I place many orders online, I do not apprciate offers that I do NOT initiate and are hiiden in the "fine" print upon checkout. Please help stop this practice because I am now leary of using Art.Com and/or Pay Pal.

Fraudulent activity
I received a book from Rodale which I did not order. It states if I do not want it I have to return it at my own expense. I do not feel I should have to pay freight on an item I did not order.
Trying to find a phone number to complain is virtually impossible. The only phone number I find is to pay the bill.
