"Chelsie" a front Desk Very RUDE!!
MIcrowave, Toasters were not working for breakfast and when we asked her for assistance she told us to just unplugged the wires and we asked her if she can do that for us since we are the guests and she responded "Dont you have a microwave in your room?" Having a front desk like that doesnt need to get paid for any service she gives!!! VERY RUDE and when I asked her about her name she said "Chelsie?". I told her to call her supervisor and she hand me a phone to "John" who will not be there till 30 minutes. I cannot wait for someone and complain for 3o minutes also! But Place is Good though except for the front Desk it will lower the credibility of the company.
