My complaints are with Rogers Wireless Canada and the so called Customer serivce.
WHEN THERE COMPUTERS ARE UP AND WORKING?? I GET TO SPEAK WITH A TOTAL OF 6 ROGERS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS OVER A TWO DAY PERIOD BECAUSE THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I GET TO SPEAK WITH A REP WHO IGNORANT, RAISES HIS VOICE TO ME OVER THE PHONE. I ASK TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND HE ASKED ME WHY? I SAID BECAUSE YOUR AN ASS HOLE, HE SAYS THAT NOT A GOOD ENOUGH REASON???
""DONT NOT SIGN A CONTRACT OR GET A iPHONE ITS ALL A RIP OFF"" TRUST ME.. AND THEY CHARGE YOU $400.00 TO CANCEL YOUR PHONE. ROGERS WOULDNT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IF IT WAS STUCK UP THERE ASS...
