I ordered a Roketa mc-54 on 3/14/2008. My experience with this company has been HORRIBLE.
1st phone call after weeks one, to get a tracking number instead I get a run around.
2nd phone call on weeks two, I obtain a tracking number but it does not exist.
3rd phone call on week three, I am told the bike is back ordered. and there is no tracking number.
4th phone call on week four, calling to cancel my order, I am given a tracking number.
On the firth week Estes trucking company delivers the bike. The crate is smashed. The steel frame around the crate has smashed into the bike as the delivery guy lifts it without a palette under it. The delivery guy cannot get it off the truck, and the bike is visibly and severely damaged.
The bike goes back. I didn't sign for it.
5th phone call on week five. No one to take the call or return the several messages.
6th phone call on week six. I get to Thisha, a supervisor. She is apologetic and tells me they will send one out right away.
7th phone call on week 7, to get a tracking number instead I get a run around.
8th phone call on weeks 8, I obtain a tracking number but it does not exist.
9yh phone call on week 9, I am told the bike is back ordered. and there is no tracking number.
10th phone call on week 10, calling to cancel my order, I am given a tracking number.
DO YOU SEE THE PATTERN?
On the 12th week Old Dominion trucking company delivers the bike. Its the wrong model bike altogether.
I am pissed. I call the credit card company for a refund.
3 weeks later I get a phone call from ATVDiscounter... they want compensation for shipments!?!? I don't think so!
