want you all to know that when i check into "dearwatches.com", the photos of the watches are
imprinted with "rolex2U" across the pictures. this is the big tipoff: i think that these companies change their names and merchandise it again under a different website. so i think that these
crummy, cheaply made watches that are NOT dirt cheap given that i don't usually pay $138 for
a cheap watch... when they do not last for sure, sometimes arrive not working, have the veil of
being from another country, and their guarantee has the little problem of being covered ONLY if the
watch has not ever been worn? so if it is covered for over 100 days, you are not covered if you tried wearing that watch during that time?? little sneaky and don't feel comfortable ordering again.

Watch
I purchased a watch from Rolex2U in March of this year. It's a Rolex GMT Master. The watch band completely fell apart. The screws came out and the end plates got lost. I have bought 3 other watches from them with no problem with the other 2 so I felt confident to purchase this third one. The watch band is junk..it has fallen into 3 different pieces.
I would like to return the watch for a replacement with a better band.
Please advise how I can accomplish this or I feel if it can't be replaced then a refund should be made.
Thank you for any assistance you can give me in this matter.

Lied about product
I purchased a rolex model from them which sold for $286.00. I was supposed to have a good quality swiss movement for that price. You could get one with a chinese movement for $108.00. The watch arrived and it was the wrong watch. I sent it back at my expense, ($27.00) The model I ordered arrived but quit running within a couple of weeks. I sent it back, again at my own expense ($27.00). The watch was returned and it has quit running again after 6 weeks. I took it to a reputable jewler, who will not work on it becasue it is a knock off, and he told me that the movement is not a good quality swiss movement but a cheap chinese movement. So not only did they not send me the watch I ordeed they lied about the movement, but I am now out about $300.00. I strongly urge you not to trust them nor do business with them.

Here is the bottom line for ROLEX2u. I have read all of the feedback. I have also purchased 4 watches for X-Mas gifts. All were happy with the watches except for one. They have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. All I can say is you better be happy with the watch you order if you are a United States buyer. They will have you send the watch back to china, vs. the SanFransisco outlet. This will cost aprox $30.00 with the insurance. When they receive it they will e-mail you requesting the replacement number, and your method of payment for shipping back to you. Another $30.00. Now you have $160.00 invested in a $100.00 watch. Now that I have four watches, of course, one of them broke. Now, do I dare invest anymore money into this? I think that I will take this at this time as a lesson well learned, and stop the bleeding.
