I purchased a Rolfs clutch wallet about
2 years ago and the zipper does not work.The wallet stays open all the time. I called the company and they first said they would work something out with me and when I called back they changed their mind claiming that it is no longer under warranty. I have had wallets over 5 years old and they do not have defective zippers. I asked for a corporate managers name They refused to give me this information. So much for standing behind your products and customer satisfaction.
