Shady Buisness
ROLLIES IS THE WORST COMPANY...EVER!!!
i have been waiting since july 27th... i got an email on nov. 8th saying it was shipped... its the 18th and no sign. heaven forbid they actually have shipping details... this is the most unreliable site out there and NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY FROM THEM! i have been reading the complaints and feel i should have done so earlier. i am so unbelievably frustrated with this situation that i had to find a website and bitch about it. this company is horrible and i personally believe that it should be shut down!!!

No product
I purchased items on 9/10, that's right, 6 weeks ago. I have heard nothing and when I check my order it says its not shipped. I sent an email and there was no response. I realize they are a small shop but this is ridiculous. If you can't handle the orders, don't be in business. 6 weeks to not even have it packed yet is beyond ludicrous. I am going to contact my credit card company to contest the charges. I guess these guys hope people wait to long and can't make a claim. I can't help but wonder how many people out there never got anything and have no recourse. Wish I had seen this complaint board before I bought.

Never recieved order for more than a year now
I made an order october 3rd 2009 and they still havn't shipped anything or returned any emails or voicemails. I've probably tried to call them about 50 times now, left about 5 messages, and actually got someone to awnser twice. The same thing happened both times, he said they would be shipping it in about a week. This was all spread out over the last year, I would just like a refund now, this is the worst company I've ever dealt with and they should be shutdown.

Will not ship your order but will take your money!
I purchased some smoking items from Rollies International on July 28, 2010. This company
based at: 6409 Cambie Street, Vancouver, BC V5Z3B2. I have contacted the owner of this company several times via email and telephone asking him to either send my purchased items or return my money and he has ignored my requests. Judging from the quantity of customer complaints found on the internet, this seems to his modus operandi. Is it possible to investigate this individual/company to determine if he is running a criminal
mail/internet activity from this address?

Never recieved my order and emails/phone calls are not returned
I placed an order on June 16th 2010 it is now Sept 9th 2010. I have called and emailed multiple times. The only response I have recieved was the guy stalling saying my order will be shipped out in a few weeks. After seeing all the complaints on here I am wondering why IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN??? STAY AWAY FROM ROLLIES.com WE need to get this place shut down

I've been calling and bitching on voice mail and bitching on e-mail for 10 weeks. No response what so ever. Next time I will research and find these complaints before before I purchase. Lesson learned. Thanks Roll guy.

Possible Fraud
I would suggest cutting and pasting the following message, then sending it to the Minister of Attorney General for B.C. at '[email protected]' then CC'ing Marlo Franson at '[email protected]' until he FINALLY gets the idea that he either needs to ship orders or refund money in a timely manner:

Minister,
My name is (insert name here). I purchased some smoking items from Rollies International on (insert date here). This company based at: 6409 Cambie Street, Vancouver, BC V5Z3B2, has repeatedly scammed dozens of persons via the internet. I have contacted Marlo Franson, AKA “Roll” several times via email and telephone asking him to either send my purchased items or return my money and he has ignored my requests. Judging from the quantity of customer complaints found on the internet, this seems to his modus operandi. Is it possible to investigate this individual/company to determine if he is running a criminal mail/internet activity from this address?
I am hoping that, by contacting you and CC’ing him, perhaps he will take notice and TRY to return my money.

excessive delivery time
In Feb 2010, I purchased a product from Rollies.com. The Rollies web site indicates that one should expect delivery in two to three weeks. I did not receive my order untill May 29th, almost three months latter. Along about the middle of May, I began to feel that I had been ripped off. I then found this site and after reading the posts about Rollies, I was fairly certain that I had thrown about $70.00 to the wind. Most compliants were similar to mine, credit cards were charged and no product received. Attempts to contact Rollies were futile. Well, I finally received my order and in all fairness to Rollies, it was as advertised; a bit late, but I got what I ordered. As for attempts to contact Rollies, I sent several emails and got replies to both, indicating that I should be patient, they are a one man show. Since I did receive my order and the quality of the product was as advertised, I can stop being pissed at Rollies. But, maybe their site should state that orders take two to three monts to fill, rather than 2-3 weeks.

No response, no merchandise
I purchased a product from rollies.com on February 7, 2010. Immediately my card was charged but I still have not received my purchase. The website states that it can take up to 5 weeks for delivery. I have requested a status update on my order three different times and I have received no replies. I have also tried calling the number on the website numerous times and there has been no answer. This website is not legitimate and I would not purchase a product from Rollies.com. I am going to start the process of filing charges against the owner unless my item is shipped/exchanged in the next two weeks and I would recommend anyone else with the same problem to do the same. This man obviously does not care about his business or his customers.
