RIPOFF LOWLIFE MAN
THIS IS THE GUY I LOOKED FOR DAYS AND DAYS MAKING SURE I GOT IT RIGHT HE IS THE GUY WHO RUNS ROLLIES.COM HIS NAME IS NOT MARLO I WILL NOT EMNTION ANY NAMES BECAUSE I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH HIM IF YOU GO TO BBB.COM AND CLICK CANADA LOOK UP ROLLIES CUBAN CIGARS AND THERE IT IS THE LINK FOR ROLLIES.COMI WROTE A COMPLAINT A FEW WEEKS BACK AND HE WRITES ME BACK CALLING ME A LIAR SAYING HE HAS NO COMPUTER AND DOES NOT SHIP TO THE USA WELL IF THATS TRUE HOW COME WHEN I LOOK HIM UP ON BBB HE COMES UP WHAT A LIAR WELL ANYWAYS I WILL NOT STOP FIGHTING THIS AND I ADVISE YOU ALL WHO WERE RIPPED OFF DO THE SAME I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT I CANT JUST SIT AROUND LETTING SOME LOWLIFE WHO CANT WORK LIKE A CIVILIZED MAN GET OFF WITH MY MONEY!!! NO MERCHANDISE
On 02-04-2010, I ordered rolling papers for my store. After numerous phone calls, no one answers, numerious emails, no reply, I asked that they cancel the order. Still no reply. It is now March 03, 2010. I just found this website. Does anyone know what state they are located? Maybe a complaint to the proper authorities would be a good thing.

STAY AWAY FROM ROLLIES.COM UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!

This guy is a total scumbag, thief, liar, a-hole, and all out SCAMMER. I ordered on January 11 2010 - still no item, not that I want it now anyway because I already placed an order with another online store (in the same area) and it was in the mail within 2 days!

He'll take your money then come up with every excuse known to mankind to explain why he can't deliver your item. In fact, every excuse he laid on me is posted on this site from other people that got ripped off by him.

As you will soon see from the other postings here - eventually he will reply back to this post and say that he was either sick, or his supplier sent him the wrong item, or it arrived broken and he had to reorder it, or that his company is a 2 man operation and he is backed up, or worse yet, he'll find a way to blame it on me - go ahead, search on here for yourself and see what I mean!

And good luck trying to get a refund! I've emailed him several times asking for a refund but have yet to see it.

I'm contacting the Vancouver police to file a complaint with them and then I'm contacting the IC3 to file an internet fraud complaint - http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx.

He probably used my money to buy himself some tickets to the Olympics. I hope you slip on the ice and break your freakin' neck you worthless piece of dung!

Poor service/items not recieved
Orderd some stuff from rollies.com on jan 12th 2010, It is now feb 8th 2010 and item has still not even shipped!! Said he was shorted on his order. NOT my fault. If you dont have it in stock dont sell it!! Word to the wise DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Go to ur local flea market and save urself the hassle and headache. Called for refund and was told it would have to be refunded by a money order. I said ok and the guy said ok if u dont want to wait, and i asked how the refund worked with the money order and he simply hung up the phone. Lucky it was only $15 USD. Again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

2 months later
I ordered a week or 2 before Christmas. a month later I started looking into trying to get a refund even though after reading about the website it seemed impossible. 2 days after requesting a refund from rollies.com, they EMAILED me saying they wish people would stick to their orders because they pay for refunds and that it takes so long for them to order because they order from other vendors...

whatever.

I got a package from them 3 weeks later. I have to pick it up today. fingers crossed.

Took forever
This is kim41990 from another complaint about Rollies.com. This is an update of my order. Well I finally received my right product from Rollies the other day. So, to get my correct order it took me from Oct. 18th '09 til Jan. 6th '10. Im happy I finally received my order. I did receive my order just not in a timely manner, I'll give Marlo that much. This definetly pisses people off from reading reports on here and on ripoffreport.com and the better business bureau web page had 36 complaints filed on there about Rollies.com. All in all this company just isn't very organized with people's orders and thats why it takes so long and he keeps nothing in stock so he has to hunt down the piece that you order from him. He charges your card right after you place the order so he has the money to go buy your piece and pocket some for himself (obviously because he would not make a profit otherwise). I won't be ordering from Marlo again because of these reasons. There's no guarantee youll get what you order and it will take forever unless you bitch at Marlo and then its just a little faster than forever to receive your order.

However I should warn you that does to his short and chunky stature, he is not very pleasant to speak to, nor is he very smart. He will probably lie to you, but do not believe a word he is saying. This man is simply a middle-aged loser who will never ship your product. Hope this helps.

i ordered from this site 9/26/09. they send me this email saying my purchase would be here in early November, and there was no tracking number on the email, so it said to contact some site to get that. well nothing! email them a'lot still nothing and now its November 12-09 still nothing. so NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ROLLIES.COM SCAAAAM
