My husband purchased (6-8 months ago) a handicapped conversion van from Rollx. It was a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country, equipped with EVERYTHING a handicapped person would need. The mileage at the time was under 4, 000 miles.
Sad to say, my husband was diagnosed a few months ago with terminal colon cancer. He can no longer drive. I ended up trading the van and my car on a new vehicle (we were advised to do this).
When negotiating a trade-in value for the van, the dealership quoted us $17, 000! They got this number from the President of Rollx, Mike Stein. I am appaled that after 6-8 months, the van has depreciated over $20, 000?!
I believe my husband (both a senior citizen, veteran & handicapped person) was WAY overcharged for this vehicle. I believe he was the subject of a SCAM!!!
I want to see Rollx to reimburse us for the fair price of this vehicle.
I hope you can help. Thanks!
