Dear Mr/Ms Whomsoever it may concern,
Had been using Romana water for a month or more.this time we felt, , the water was tasting like normal tap water.We opened the bottle 2 weeks back & had been using not so frequently as it was Eid & we were out most of the time & dint notice the problem.Had been giving it to my 1 year old baby too.. Complaint was given & they wanted me to pay to replace the bottle.. whatever i wouldnt mind paying it atleast if your marketing manager, one 'sheila'(A keralite Lady) it seems, , , who dealt with the matter had been polite enough..It was not the matter of 7 Dhms for me as that's how we usually buy your water..After all its your duty & our need to get the problem rectified ! but it was insulting when she told me I need to pay because we couldn't notice it or we can test it from some other lab.. & so on... ..as if we were trying to trick Romana..
Any ways thanks for your valuable service.. we 'll get it tested from some other lab.. & even if its 100 % pure .. we & our friends wont go for Romana water any more.
First of all Let ROMANA HIRE Customer friendly STAFF!!!Or these things may happen again.
