Unsolicited sales person attempted to sell us a contract, we did sign the contract for one months service, but refused the year long service. We were told it would be month to month. Later we discovered that the salesman forges my wifes signature on the bottom of the contract, and the company is now billing us for a years service. We are going to take this case to civil court, and present telephone and voice recordings lawfully taken. I am also involving the Federal Trade Comission, the Selma & Schertz Police Dept as well as the Attorney General of Texas in on this.

I ask that anyone who feels they may have been defrauded, duped or otherwise tricked, please contact me as soon as possible. In addition, I urge you to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission & file a complaint with the BBB, & the Attorney General of Texas. I am beginning my assault against this company and I need all the help I can get. If I get enough people onboard, I will consider filing a class action lawsuit on everyones behalf.

I started service (Romney solicited me by knocking on my door)and the first two months were ok. Then I decided to change my payment method. I requested to be billed instead or debit from an account that I closed. They apparently were not knowlegeble to handle this change. They continued to bill my card causing to overdraft. After multiple attempts to address the situation, I decided to cancel my service. The billed me for the rest of the contract. I paid $70.00 and I received another billed for another $70.00. I called them and they said they did not receive the payment. So I paid again with a debit card over the phone. Short time later, I noticed the bank paid the check, they claimed they did not received. Romney pest control has no ethic and is BAD business. They are thieves. Beware of this business.
