To Whom It May Concern:
On 1/19/11 I placed an order for $550 for several jewelry articles that this company sells at supposedly wholesale prices. The person taking the order was Ana Lopez. A few days later I received the order but it was incomplete, I placed another phone call and was assured that it was a mistake and that I should receive the corrected order soon.
Trusting that my order was going to be fixed, I placed another order on 2/4/11 for $602, this time the person taking the order was Linda Lopez, I guess this is a family run business. When I explained to Linda that my first order was incomplete, she said that she was going to solve the problem. On 2/7/11 I spoke once again to Linda who claimed to be the manager of this business. She said that I had to speak to Mirella Gonzalez because she is the person who deals with the finances, she told me that she was going to refund me all of the money and that I could then send her the pieces I had bought since the order including the second one was not shipped correctly.
Not only did they send me an incomplete order, the quality of the product was not something I could sell to my clients. On 2/10/11 I called back since I had not received the money that was going to be sent back, that is when Mirella Gonzalez informed me that she had changed her mind and was not going to return the money any longer.
I don't know what to do or who to talk to. They asked me to pay the guy from UPS with a money order, which I did. I have not gotten all of my merchandise or even a refund. I want the public to be aware that this company will steal your money, send you incomplete orders and not return your money. Don't do business with RON ZAD.
