Timeshare Faurd
We were contacted by Mr. Justin Warick from Global Resort Condos Plus about selling our timeshare. After several phone calls from Mr. Warick and a promise that He already had a buyer for our property we settled on a Sale Price that the buyer would pay. Mr. Warick then protented to negotiate with the buyer. The buyer accepted the price. In the application with Mr. Warick I was told by Him not to disclose that the timeshare was sold because it was against N.C. State Law to handle this type of transaction this way, but we could get around that by doing it His way. So I did so. During the first sixty days, I was able to contact Mr. Warick on his cell phone @ 1-8713744923. Now at the end of the ninety days, I can`t get Him at all on his cell phone, nor will the sales office let we leave a message on his voicemail. The sales manager who`s name is JIM something @ 1-800-749-1238 would give me no information to help me, HE was very rude and arrogant in our conversation and let we know that I would get no information from Him. How whin I call Mr. Warick`s cell phone, I am forwarded to Michala James @ 1-888-355-8425. I had to leave a message. She would return my call within two working days. It has been two weeks an no return call. Now whin I call, Her mailbox is always full. I was told by sales they were having phone problems. It is hard to belive that this type of business could do without phones this long. I have made two calls to customer service to a Mr. Matt Harris. I have no response at yet (12-09-2009). At this point I guess I am another VICTIM. I hope Mr. Justin Warick sleeps well at night knowing he earns His living by helping a company steel money from real hard working, decent, law abiding people. I know your family( wife and kids if any, and Mom, Dad, Brothers, andSisters) must be proud of YOU. Enyoy it while it last.
