Placed order for 25 piece knife set in October. Waited until December 19th, After being assured over and over again that they were on their way. The first package was delivered to the wrong address, and Ronco assured me that they would send another package. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. After canceling the order, they keep telling me my refund is on the way 5-7 days.
Its been almost a month, no refund. All they do is give me the run around. I even spoke to a supervisor, who said that I would receive the refund within 72 hours. that was 2 weeks ago. I feel like I will never see that money again. I feel Robbed. Also, everytime I call I'm on hold for at least a half hour. The most HORRIBLE service I have ever seen. Even cancelling the order, they continue to charge my account. I am closing my account tomorrow so they can't take out anymore money.
The Knife set had Two sets of knives. One was for my mother-in-law as a Christmas present.
