I used the tax services of Roni Deutch back in 2007. I was told that by using their services as soon as possible that I would get these benefits for using them such as Legal representation, avoiding garnishments of my income, reduction of the amount I may owe. My first phone conversation was pleasant and supportive. However, once I submitted their fee of 2800.00, and my detailed personal and financial information to Roni Deutch Tax Services, that is when the disappointment with them started.

As I waited in comfort believing that I was in good hands, over the course of the next few months I had to endure several humiliating financial upsets with no Roni Deutch Tax Service representation or influence. Perhaps I should say, the lack of representation.
The first financial upset was that the IRS was taking the entire amount of my tax refunds and keeping it for my, as of yet un-settled dept, that the Roni Deutch Tax Service was supposed to prevent. Each time I brought up this occurrence to complain and ask questions, the Roni Deutch Tax Service representative would give me a long excuse for me to swallow. The next big problem was that after the IRS kept all my tax return money, the IRS then garnished my paycheck too over the course of six weeks. The Roni Deutch Tax Service said that it was my fault. Remember, months before, by singing on with Roni Deutch Tax Service, tax refunds and wage garnishments are what they claim to help their clients with, loud and proud on television.

So for the next six weeks my wages were taken from me. I got to keep just a few hundred dollars overall during that time. I had a mortgage, bills and expenses like anyone else and now I had to live off of credit cards. All this time the Roni Deutch Tax Service took a backseat to this and would patronize me over the telephone.

So now I have had thousands of dollars kept from my tax refunds and wages, which just happens to equal the amounts that the IRS wanted. I have had to go into more dept using my credit cards to just make ends meet. The IRS wrote me a letter saying that they were satisfied with my dept to them. The Roni Deutch Tax Service called me acting happy and energetic telling me congratulations that my dept was settled, as if they had done my a great service, which they did not.

From the begining I was prepared to do my part and settle what needed to be. But I believe that the people at the Roni Deutch Tax Service allowed the IRS to take my money and give me no choices to manage my finaces and depts in a non detrimentalway. I do feel truly humiliated from the experience. Up till now I did not know who to talk to over this.

I plainly did not get any helpful representation from Roni Deutch Tax Service as they claim to do. The money lost and has added years of dept for me to manage. I sent several letters to the Roni Deutch Tax Service to communicate by disappointment and ask for a refund and money for my lost wages. What I got back from them was a bill for services that I already paid for as well as a threat that I would get sued if I continued to complain.
