We wer4e contacted by the IRS about filing late taxes. No BACK taxes owed - just penalties for two years of late filings. The IRS verbally threatened a levy. From the MOMENT we hired Roni Deutch we had nothing but nightmarez. From the beginning, they sent us Powers of Attrorney for 1040 individual returns instead of 1120-S CORPORATE returns. They pierced our corporate veil and left us vulnerable to the IRS. When we constantly contacted them to CORRECT the mistake, they would send a replacement also incorrect. They never understood our case even though their sales staff hussled almost $2000 from us. They would send a computer generated letter - one time stating they contacted the IRS, another that said they had NOT, then the attorney (with 18 mos experience) also said they had NOT contacted the IRS! They never corrected the power of attorney until the day we fired them! REPORT these people to the IRS, the State Attorney General, AND the Bar association in the state you have her offices!!! THIS IS A SCAM. Don't believe us?
