Beware
They have changed names from Building EMT Residential to Roofing EMT . If you come across anyone named James Landers, Billy Womack, or Allen Hudson do not do business with them. I worked for them and know how they operate. They owe myself and several others money for work completed. Either trust me or do some research. They had their BBB rating revoked for several reasons. Got Ripped-Off
I gave RoofingEMT a deposit of $1, 178.75 to have a roof installed. After many months of false promises that my roof will be installed and I would be a satisfied customer this company filed bankruptcy. I spoke to both owners James Landers and Alan Hudson in December and they promised I would have my roof installed. They stole my deposit and now I have to pay for my roof twice to get it fixed. There should be no reason why these two men took my deposit and didn't install my roof. I am joining a group of people who are proceeding with legal action against James Landers and Alan Hudson. Got scammed on over $3000
Well, we got scammed on over $3000. They told us to send them a certified letter, and they would refund us, but havnt seen anything for months. Our neighbor used them and they got to her house and did poor work.. but we signed contract weeks before her. The point is, she didnt give them any money at all before they did the work. We knew the sales guy and trusted him. He quit after this happened and hasnt been paid in months. What is wrong with you people! How can you do this to trusting people. JUST DO THE WORK AND MAKE THE MONEY THE OLD FASHION, HONEST WAY. Filling lawsuit in befor 90 days is up.
