I ordered a sofa in May, and now it is finally ready for delivery. I called several times before I could speak with a human being.
I told them that someone was available monday thru friday, 10:30am onwards, all day. However, they REFUSED to consider giving me a window after 10:30am (even Fresh Direct gives you some leeway!)
Then, I told them they need to provide a certificate of insurance for my building, and they would not do it either. I now have to get my building manager to fax THEM a "sample"--I didn't even understand what that meant--and they never bothered to explain. Just gave me the fax number an the "customer service" agent just hung up. I will NEVER buy from that store again!
